A project located in the spectacular Western Desert with its wide remit of study encompassing geology, palaeontology, prehistory, Egyptology, anthropology, and even the hunt for meteors, gave me a huge, exciting playground for my imagination, developing and changing my sense of time and my spatial and visual awareness.
